Manager in AC and HVDC Transmission
Demonstrated experienced in:
- Supporting wider business development and pipeline management
 - Technical and consulting engagements
 - Power transmission and distribution
 - HVDC, FACTS and High Voltage AC Systems
 - Operation and maintenance of high voltage, HVDC and FACTS projects and facilities
 - High voltage installations and equipment
 - Monitoring and managing revenue and utilisation targets of a technical team
 - Technical, commercial and financial considerations of engineering consultancy
 - Possess strong communication skills, coupled by an approachable work style to support a positive and balanced mentoring relationship with less experienced Engineers
 
Essential requirements:
- Strong understanding in electrical engineering and high voltage elements of transmission and distribution, HVDC and FACTs, solar, renewable energy, battery storage, micro grid and “hybrid” network projects.
 - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
 - Experience with project management and delivery of successful outcomes
 - Hold or have the ability to attain local Professional Registrations/ Certification
 
Power Systems Manager
Demonstrated experienced in:
- Supporting wider business development and pipeline management
 - Managing and mentoring a team, ensuring delivery of technical and consulting engagements across transmission, distribution, renewable energy, and related sectors.
 - Personally job managing and overseeing development of power system models and technical studies using industry standard tools (e.g; PSS/E, PSCAD, PowerFactory).
 - Providing specialist technical leadership in power system analysis, modelling, and studies, supporting complex projects and client requirements.
 - Collaborating with management and executive teams to align resources, share best practices, and promote continuous improvement.
 - Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance in all project activities.
 
Essential requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
